Salary: $23–$27/hour
Schedule: 35 hours/week – Hybrid mode after the training period
Location: Stellarton - Nova Scotia
Our client, a company operating in the distribution sector, is looking for a Customer Service Representative . This is a long-term temporary position to be filled as soon as possible. The offices are located in Montréal-Nord.
Responsibilities:

Process orders and ensure data entry and follow-up;
-
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues;
-
Provide support to users of online services;
-
Act as a liaison between internal and external partners;

Perform other related duties.
Requirements:
-
DEC in administration or any other relevant academic training;
-
2 to 4 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a similar role;
-
Excellent communication skills in French and English, both spoken and written*;

Strong knowledge of Excel;
