A growing and dynamic claims organization is looking for an experienced Auto Desk Adjuster to join its expanding team.

The successful candidate will manage automobile claims from initial assignment through resolution while delivering a high standard of customer service and maintaining strong relationships with insurers, clients, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle automobile claims from assignment to final resolution.
- Investigate, assess, negotiate, and settle auto claims in accordance with insurer guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Review coverage, liability, repair estimates, police reports, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed claim files within Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Communicate effectively with insureds, third parties, repair facilities, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and proactive file management.
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer service.
- Identify and escalate potential fraud or complex claim situations when necessary.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment focused on service excellence.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Active AMF license OR Ontario Adjuster License, or both.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile claims adjusting.
- Strong understanding of auto claims handling practices and workflows.
- Experience using Guidewire ClaimCenter is considered an asset.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple claims simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Work Environment
- Full-time position.
